How It Works:

  • We run a 2 hour Zoom Training session once a week over a 8/10 week period.

  • Each session is about 1.15 of lecturing and 45 mins of active workshops with the team either individually or in groups.

  • The last week of the course we get students to present their final projects to the whole class.

The Final Project:

  • For the last week of the course, you will prepare a 5–10 minute presentation that showcases the story of your final project company’s customer and business, its marketing challenges, and how you plan to address them.

  • Companies to explore for your final project could include:  

    • Your own company or startup.

    • The company you work for currently. 

    • A nonprofit that would appreciate free marketing support.

    • A friend or family member who owns a business. 

    • Any other real-world business.

  • If you’re unable to find a company, you can also use our scenario company, Your Own Business.

Weeks 1–4:

  • We’ll learn by solving digital marketing goals for a scenario company.

  • Topics covered: 

    • Campaign structure

    • Facebook

    • SEO

    • AdWords

    • A/B testing

    • Websites

    • Metrics

    • Google Analytics

Weeks 5–9:

  • You’ll start to work on a digital marketing project for a real company.

  • We’ll take deep dives: 

    • Facebook

    • AdWords

    • Email & CRM

    • Content strategy

    • CRM

    • Retail Integration

    • Ecommerce

Week 10:

  • Present your final projects!
